What does it take to be Fully Healed? After we go through the process of being spiritually
healed, we often still feel the pain of our wounds. God does not want that for us. Our
experiences are meant to help us grow and get stronger so we can continue on to help
others. (John 15:7-8).In helping others we come to a place of feeling and actually being Fully
Healed. It takes work but more importantly it takes being in God’s Word and being
surrounded by others living in Christ just like you.
It took me a while to even realize I needed healing and what caused my true pain, but everyday I just walked with my Lord and Savior and believed, trusted, and had tremendous faith in Him. (Matthew 17:20). I’m not good at being patient but He has shown me the blessings of waiting for His timing.
We are meant to have a good, peaceful and joyous life. We are meant to be strong when the enemy tries to destroy our joy. (Jeremiah 29:11-14). We are meant to have faith that God has taken care of tomorrow. Open your heart and listen for His voice and know who you are in Christ. Our wounds don’t need to leave scars (Daniel 3:26-27), but it also doesn’t mean we have to live a second rate life.
The ways of this world can be confusing but what matters is the ways and understanding of the Lord’s Word. As I shared with a Sister in Christ the other day, my freedom from pain came from the understanding of His Word from the Book of James. God sent His loyal servant, from an ICU bed, to reach out to me and ask me to read it. I continue studying His word from the delight of getting closer to my Lord and understanding the joyous life He has in store for me.
God might not send someone with messages for you, but know that you have access to God’s Word and that there are people you can surround yourself with that can help you get through your time of pain and struggles. People who can help you with the understanding of His ways. We at Arise Daughter are here for you!
